The Worksop Workspace boardroom seats up to 10 and is available to book by the hour or half day. Fully equipped with a 65 inch AV screen, video conferencing capability, whiteboard, and fast broadband. Free parking for all attendees, no matter how many people you bring.

Whether it is a client meeting, team workshop, job interview, or training session, the room is ready when you need it. No membership required. No long-term commitment.

65" AV screen

Connect a laptop via HDMI or wireless screen mirroring. Present slides, review documents, or run demos with everyone in the room.

Video conferencing

Built-in camera and display for remote attendees. Works with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, and any browser-based tool.

Whiteboard

Large whiteboard with markers for workshops, planning sessions, and brainstorming. Photograph and clear between uses.

Fast broadband

Gigabit connection for lag-free video calls and presentations. Dedicated meeting room wi-fi so you are not sharing with the rest of the building.

Refreshments included

Tea, coffee and water included with every booking. Catering for working lunches can be arranged on request.

Tea, coffee and water are included with every booking. For working lunches or more substantial catering, we can recommend local suppliers. Please let us know in advance.

Yes. You can access the room 15 minutes before your booked time to set up equipment, rearrange seating, and connect to the AV screen.

Cancel up to 48 hours before your booking for a full refund. Within 48 hours, the fee is non-refundable but transferable to another date.

Up to 10 people around the boardroom table. Classroom or presentation-style layout can accommodate slightly more. Contact us if you have a larger group.
